Founded and owned by pilots, imagery experts, and scientists to collect data using traditional aircraft-based sensors flown by professional pilots. Our pilots have thousands of hours of experience flying fixed and rotary wing aircraft equipped with a multitude of sensors, passive and active, to support projects of all sizes and complexity. With the evolution of sensors accompanying the growing interest in unmanned platforms, our focus shifted to smaller, lighter sensors that can be utilized on both manned and unmanned vehicles. This allowed Sensorflight to transfer the knowledge and experience garnered with manned operations to UAV platforms equipped with the same sensors when the FAA authorized UAS operations under Section 333 exemptions. Our UAS programs have been vetted and approved by the most demanding clients.
