1. Data controller
The controller of the personal data collected on this website is Tarik Kaan Muslu, operating under the trade name SensorFlight, NIF / NIE Z3475666A, with address in Calle del Avenida de Pablo Iglesias 17, planta 5, puerta 6, 28003 Madrid, Spain. Contact: info@sensorflight.com · +34 690 00 02 13.
2. Data we collect
Through the contact form we collect the data the user provides voluntarily: name, email address, phone number (optional), project type and project description.
This website sets no cookies until you choose. On your first visit a banner offers two identical buttons, Reject and Allow analytics, and nothing is loaded until you use one. Refusing is a single click, exactly like accepting, and refusing means no request to Google is ever made rather than a request made politely. Scrolling or continuing to browse is not consent. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_*, both expiring after two years, which tell us which pages are read and how visitors arrive; Google is the processor under its Privacy Policy and the data is retained for 14 months. Advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation stay denied at all times: this site has no advertising account. Your answer is kept in your browser local storage under the key tkm-consent-v2, which is not a cookie and is never sent to a server. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings control in the footer of any page.
3. Purpose of processing
Data is processed to respond to information requests, prepare quotes and manage the commercial relationship with clients and potential clients.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is the consent of the user, given when submitting the contact form, and the application of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
5. Recipients and data processors
Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. We use service providers acting as data processors: Netlify, Inc. (web hosting and form management) and Zoho Corporation (email). These providers may involve international data transfers, carried out with the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.
6. Data retention
Data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and, where applicable, for the duration of the commercial relationship, as well as for the applicable legal periods.
7. Rights of data subjects
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by sending a request to info@sensorflight.com, together with a document proving their identity.
Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.
8. Security
The Owner applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss or unauthorised access.
