Termografía
ServicesThermal Inspection

Detect faults
before they happen.

We inspect infrastructure from the air with a high-resolution thermographic camera. We identify thermal anomalies with surgical precision — without stopping operations.

Applications

Where we apply
thermography

Solar Parks

Detection of faulty modules, hotspots, bypass diodes and failing strings.

Rooftops & Facades

Identification of thermal bridges, hidden moisture and energy losses.

Power Lines

Location of hot spots in conductors, joints and insulators.

Industry & Process

Temperature control in equipment, furnaces, pipelines and tanks.

Use case — Solar Panels

Photovoltaic park
inspection by drone

Aerial thermography allows inspecting thousands of solar modules in hours, detecting the problems robbing performance from your installation.

Inspección solar termográfica
Hotspot detectado

ΔT = +42°C sobre temperatura de referencia. Clasificación: Clase III — Urgente

Types of detected defects

Hotspot

Overheated cell due to internal fracture or partial shading. Degrades the module and can cause fire.

Blown bypass diode

The entire string works in degraded conditions. Loss of up to 33% per affected module.

Inactive string

Full row of panels not generating. May indicate inverter failure, wiring or MCB fault.

PID (Potential Induced Degradation)

Modules with uniformly elevated temperature. Progressive power loss with no visible breakdown.

Differential soiling

Accumulation of dust, bird droppings or vegetation creating localized shading.

Disconnected module

Panel at ambient temperature while the rest of the installation generates. Detected instantly.

Inspection process

01

Planning

Analysis of the installation plan and flight route planning per IEC 62446-3 standard.

02

Thermal flight

Systematic flight with radiometric thermal camera and simultaneous RGB camera. Optimal conditions: irradiance > 600 W/m².

03

Data analysis

Thermal image processing, identification and classification of anomalies by severity (Class I, II, III).

04

Report & delivery

Georeferenced report with each anomaly geolocated on the installation plan. Delivery within 48 h.
