What the project needed
Restoring a building means starting from its real geometry, not old drawings: leaning walls, uneven floors, altered openings. The as built survey fixes that state and the base drawings are the support on which the architect draws the intervention.
The MapSurvey record of this job is brief, so this page keeps to what it states and explains the method in general terms.
How this kind of job is approached
For buildings due for restoration the usual approach combines terrestrial capture (laser scanning or photogrammetry of facades and interiors) with drone photogrammetry for roofs and surroundings. The resulting cloud is referenced to a coordinate system and plans, elevations and sections are extracted from it. That is general knowledge of the method, not a description of the sensor used here.
What was delivered

If you have a similar project in Spain
Ask for the point cloud as LAS or in the format your BIM software reads, in an agreed system (ETRS89 and UTM zone, or a local building grid referenced to it), and the drawings as DWG or DXF at the level of detail the intervention requires. To quote, we need photos of the building, its approximate footprint and access to interiors.
